The Australian Institute of Management’s vision is simple:

More than providing a service, AIM’s vision is for our members and the wider management community look to the Institute as a benchmark for best practice, to offer guidance for individual and organisational development, and for opinions and guidance on current business issues and trends.

We aim to be regarded as a credible, influential and unbiased industry representative by media and business people alike.

AIM’s vision is achieved through our suite of targeted communications which includes the use of our virtual community, face-to-face and telephone interaction, and the distribution of hard-hitting and relevant publications and topical comment.
