White Papers

AIM is the 'voice of management' in this country. Each year AIM explores a number of new and innovative initiatives in order to support management and leadership development in this country.

Many of these discussions form white papers that are then widely circulated throughout the business and wider community in order to obtain feedback on these initiatives.

The sustained viability of Australia’s regional, rural and remote communities is at risk if this country cannot grow and develop local leaders. AIM proposes to work in partnership with existing regional development agencies across the country in order to establish a 'gateway' to provide physical or virtual leadership development opportunities for professional and community leaders in regional, rural and remote areas across Australia.
